This large scale off-grid kit is ideal for off-grid/eco homes. In UK summer conditions this system could generate approximately 23.0kWh per day. This system includes a 3000Va (2400w) inverter charger.
The 2700W, 48V, 10.0kWh Professional Off-Grid Solar System includes the following components:
9 x 300w domestic solar panel – Panel model may vary depending on availability
1 x Victron EasySolar 48/3000 solar inverter charger
2 x DC isolator switches
9 x Aluminium L shape mounting brackets (set of 6)
4 x MC4 type connectors (1 pair, male & female)
1 x MC4 Solar Branch Connectors (Pair)
8 x Battery terminal clamps (1 pair, positive & negative)
7 x Battery connection cables
1 x Fuse and fuse holder
8 x Rolls S6 L16-HC (6v 487ah) batteries
1 x Battery isolator switch
20 meters of 4mm single core solar cable
2 meters of 16mm single core cable
4 x Cable lugs
4 x 2 meter MC4 extension leads
Battery upgrade options:
Rolls S6 460 (6v 415ah) AGM. This would give a usable capacity of 14.0kWh.
4 x Pylon US2000 2.4kWh 48v Li-Ion Solar Battery. This would give a usable capacity of 7.7kWh
5 x Pylon US2000 2.4kWh 48v Li-Ion Solar Battery. This would give a usable capacity of 9.6kWh
Lithium batteries will accept a significantly higher charge rate, so will reduce generator run time if one is present in the system.
